Digital CorNeR: 5G transmission tests
Last Monday, February 13, MISTER visited the Creative Hub Bologna, a new center for training, innovation and promotion in music, art and entertainment.
During the day, the first trials of broadcasting a music event were made, using a 360 camera for filming and the 5G network for their live broadcast.
In fact, the Digital CorNeR project involves the creation of immersive content that, taking advantage of the high performance of 5G networks in terms of bandwidth and latency, will be tested through use cases during music, educational, and tourism-recreational events.
The project has the partnership of MISTER, CNR, Proambiente, Music Academy and Luciano Pavarotti Foundation and was awarded co-financing from the Ministry of Economic Development (5G audiovisual project).
