Communication and advanced tracking for the customer

In the project WellAPP! Wellmicro aims to introduce innovative digital processes to reach and communicate with its customers in a more direct and personalized way. A web app with cutting-edge IT technologies will be developed and the production process will be analyzed, identifying which technology is most suitable for introducing automatic tracking to inform customers in real-time about the progress of their product development.

The WellAPP! project has been funded by POR-FESR EMILIA ROMAGNA 2014-2020, Axis 1 – Research and Innovation Action 1.1.2 Support for the purchase of services for the technological, strategic, organizational and commercial innovation of enterprises Call for Proposals “Projects for innovation and product or service diversification for SMEs – 2019.”
