Solutions for the digitization of companies in the manufacturing sector

The DIGIMAN project aims to improve product finishing of CNC machines through the use of sensors and machine learning, thus contributing to the digitization of the manufacturing sector.

Project activities include the development of innovative tools for characterizing the cutting process and machining output, tools for virtual modelling, and interpretative/decisional capabilities based on artificial intelligence.

DIGIMAN is an industrial research project approved on the “Call for Strategic Industrial Research Projects addressing the priority areas of the smart specialization strategy” (DGR 986/2018) within the POR-FESR EMILIA ROMAGNA 2014-2020, Axis 1 – Research and Innovation, Action 1.2.2.

MISTER is partner of MUSP | Macchine Utensili e Sistemi di Produzione in the development of the project for R&D activities.
