Sintése: the new research project for the Ecological Transition of Cultural and Creative Organizations

A new research project kicks off, funded by the Ministry of Culture thanks to the call on the Ecological Transition of Cultural and Creative Organisations and by the European Union as a part of “New Generation EU through the fund allocated to the PNRR. The project, named “Sintése – Synergies, immersive Technologies, eco-sustainable development“, is intended to raise awareness among the companies about the issues related to eco-sustainability and climate change, promoting a responsible and environmentally friendly behaviour.

MISTER will conduct targeted training activities, supported by the extensive experience in public engagement and in the study of sustainable processes. The objective is to provide useful guide lines for the ecologic transition to companies, based on the sustainable goals of the 2030 Agenda, of the Green Deal and of the European Taxonomy.

Sintése involves the implementation of activities and communication, dissemination and disclosure materials through audiovisual products and interactive experiences at the immersive room to be implemented in the future, by employing immersive technologies and focusing the intervention on specific industrial sectors, with the intention of involving mainly the companies and promoting virtuous and sustainable actions.

The contents will address topics such as eco-sustainable projects, new legislative regulations and research projects on sustainable materials. The ecological approach of the project also extends to its practical execution: mixed online and offline events will reduce environmental impact and promote inclusiveness. In particular, the use of immersive technologies will allow users to participate in events and experiences without the need for physical travel, thus contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and promoting a more sustainable and inclusive approach to participation.

Sintése thus stands as a significant step towards creating a circular economy and protecting the environment, demonstrating how technological innovation can be a key ally in the ecological transition of companies and society as a whole.
